ABC Confirms Line-Up For Season Two Of The Set

ABC’s new live music TV show The Set is back for season two. Here’s a sneak peek into who you’ll be seeing on your screens this August and September.

Performing in front of a live audience will be some of the brightest and best musicians of the moment, including Amy Shark, Thelma Plum, Illy, Middle Kids, Boy & Bear, Dune Rats, Cosmo’s Midnight, Sampa The Great, Montaigne, The Teskey Brothers, Marlon Williams, Genesis Owusu, Thandi Phoenix, Adrian Eagle and more special guests to be announced in the coming weeks.

Co-hosted by triple j’s Linda Marigliano and Logie Award winner Dylan Alcott, The Set is a live music TV show, but it’s also a big ol’ house party.

With 250 people scattered throughout The Set’s purpose-built share house and bands performing in the living room, kitchen and backyard, it’s as up close and personal as fans can get to their favourite artist.

During ABC’s Ausmusic Month in 2018, The Set’s first season aired to the joy of music fans around the country.

In the 70s we had Countdown, in the 90s we had Recovery and now a new generation of music lovers have something to call their own.

To see the magic happen, tune into The Set on ABC from 10pm Wednesday 28 August to September 18.

Then from 9.30pm every Wednesday until 9 October.
