The winners of the inaugural Women in Media Awards were named in front of a packed audience of over 300 people in Sydney last night.
The first-of-its-kind event in Australia, B&T’s Women in Media Awards recognised those exceptional women who have achieved success in their professional arenas and celebrates their invaluable contribution through their leadership, innovation and courage to their industry.
The sold-out event attracted some of the biggest names in the industry, and as one of the winners' Elizabeth Minogue, MCN Strategic Integration Director, told B&T: "Last night's ceremony was a fantastic opportunity for our industry to celebrate the successes of not just our key female leaders but women in media as a whole. It was incredible to see so much passion, enthusiasm and expertise in the room".
We tend to agree.
