The Block Sky High is building up its audience with back-to-back episodes in last night's 7pm and 8pm slots  taking 1.372m viewers. The finale goes to air this Sunday with a sexy female-focused drama Arrow being slotted in to try and hang on to the audience.

It was all about reno shows and sport last night with The Footy Show taking another 828,000 and contributing to the network’s 33.8% audience share.

Seven lined up an evening of female-focused content to vie against Nine’s reno winnings.  Formal Wars gave the 8pm slot a shot, warring against the second episode of The Block but taking 676,000 viewers and while Bridesmaids took 519,000. The network had 26.3% of audience share last night.

The ABC beat Ten last night with its 17.8% audience share. The final episode of Wonders of Life and the news commentary show Clarke & Dawe gave the network a small boost with its audiences of 633,000 and 561,000 respectively. 

Ten missed having any shows in the top 20 with Masterchef’s viewership dropping down to 492,000 and Law & Order taking 573,000 giving the channel 16.2% of audiences.

SBS had 6% of last night’s viewers.
