Stockland has announced the appointment of Clemenger BBDO as its lead national creative agency across its retail, residential and retirement living businesses.
The appointment follows a comprehensive creative agency review, triggered by Stockland’s recent move to a group marketing structure designed to create stronger, more consistent and unified brand and marketing communications.
The total value of the combined creative account is expected to be around $10 million per year.
“We are entering an exciting, new era for the Stockland brand,” Ben Allen, general manager of marketing for Stockland, said.
“In Clemenger BBDO we’ve identified a partner who we think can deliver creative ideas that connect with our customers.”

Stockland is one of Australia’s largest property groups and the company behind many of the country’s leading residential, retirement living, retail, office and industrial developments.
