Online publisher Sound Alliance has appointed Ignite Media Brands to handle its media agency sales.
The new appointment creates the country’s biggest digital youth media network.
Sound Alliance’s mastheads include FasterLouder, Inthemix, SameSame and Junkee. They will now be offered alongside MTV.
Neil Ackland (pictured right), Sound Alliance CEO, said: “With Ignite representing our media agency sales, this means our collective focus will be on developing insights, strategies and content for brands that will span events, digital, mobile, native and TV.”
Brian Gallagher (pictured left), Ingite Media Brands CEO, added: “The fit is perfect. We are all about leading the way and working with dynamic and premium brands in the digital and content space. Sound Alliance’s pioneering approach to youth brands and native advertising, and our ability to connect those brands to marketers, is unique.”
Sound Alliance will continue to sell directly to its music industry partners and its in house creative agency will retain its direct brand relationships, alongside the new agreement.
