Smith's business in the bag for Test Drive

Sampling agency Test Drive has won the experiential and in-store sampling business of the Smith's snackfood company after a competitive pitch.

The agency is rolling out a campaign for Red Rock Deli in selected leading supermarkets across Australia.

The news caps a good start for the year for Test Drive following winning business for Chux and Jockey.

"Creating memorable experiences for shoppers through tastings and sampling is an important trial generating platform for Smith’s,” said senior brand manager Jamie Bruce.

"Test Drive have a talented team that combines creative thinking in campaign planning, with strong in-field execution, that gets the most for our brands in the retail environment," he added.

Test Drive joint managing director Wayne Dagg said the agency was excited to be working with these brands using Test Drive’s unique approach.

“Our team puts a lot of the focus on creating effective sampling experiences within the Australian grocery retailer,” he said.

"This ensures the campaigns have the best chance to generate purchases and deliver a solid ROI for the brand."
