The former head of OMD Fuse, Jo Liddell, has been signed up by Sydney agency Rinsed to the role of managing director.
The appointment comes just a day after OMD announced that Helen Walker would replace Liddell as head of Fuse.
Rinsed, an experiential, PR and social media agency, which can name Xbox, Activision and Quickflix as clients, said that Liddell will oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency.
Liddell led the Sydney office of Fuse for three years and can count a number of industry awards under her bel, including two Cannes Lions for her work with McDonalds and Fantastic Noodles, as well as an MFA Grand Prix for her work with V Raw.
Simon Micarone, creative director at Rinsed, said: “Jo is unquestionably an authority in her field with a proven track record in delivering outstanding work and building successful, profitable agencies."
“Her appointment underlines our commitment towards hiring best-in-class, and we’re looking forward to her adding real value across our client base. It’s an exciting time for Rinsed and Jo is set to play a key role in our continued growth and evolution."
