Jeanne-Vida Douglas has joined up with Filtered Media’s team as their new editorial director.
With the positions of journalist, author and content marketing strategist under her belt, Douglas will help out chief storyteller and founder, Mark Jones, on Filtered Media’s editorial strategy, producing written and video content for its clients.
Jones remarked how it is a great to find someone who can write branded content “in a way that’s authentic, real and matched to a target audience,” he told B&T.
The appointment of Douglas as editorial director means Filtered Media is further able to deliver on its promises to clients and Jones is hoping is hoping to add more journalists as the business grows.
“It’s an exciting time,” he said.
Filtered Media is a professional storytelling business, working with iconic brands such as Coca-cola, Telstra Enterprise and Government and GE.
Douglas has written for numerous well-known titles including The Sydney Morning Herald, The Australian Financial Review and BRW.
Aside from the numerous positions, Douglas also has also received a number of awards, has studied literature in Mexico and possesses a couple of certificates in floristry.
