Melbourne indie gets stake in Sydney outdoor market

Sydney’s billboard market has another player with Melbourne-based iOM taking on three sites on the M4 motorway.

The company claims to be Melbourne’s largest independent large format outdoor advertising operator, and the move follows an announcement in March it was to expand into Brisbane and Queensland in a partnership with goa.

Leah Whitford, iOM MD said: “We strive to broaden our clients’ opportunities to engage their audiences and we’re very proud to have kicked off our expansion to Sydney.

“With two sites already in operation and a third near completion, our relationship with Sydney is only just beginning and our presence will continue to grow through 2013.”

Clients include Mars, Channel7, Subway, Coles and McDonalds.
