NRMA Insurance enlisted Snowtown’s Justin Kurzel (pictured) to direct its new ad campaign which aired last night (see TVC below).
The campaign by Whybin\TBWA was launched in NSW and ACT to celebrate NRMA's “85 years of experience and knowledge helping people get back on their feet”.
The new series of television and cinema commercials observe the days after a disaster, as people rally together and optimism returns. The films, produced by Revolver Films, are observed through the eyes of a travelling musician whose song tells the story on screen.
The lead media is TV, supported by press, outdoor, digital display, pre-rolls and radio.
NRMA Insurance general manager of marketing Anthony Justice, said:, "We are focusing our campaign on the days after a major event, not the disaster itself. It’s the time when people help each other get back on their feet, and in the past 85 years, we have learned how to do this better than anyone.”
The media agency involved is Mediacom.
