Dynamo casts a spell on Wednesday viewers

Seven’s Dynamo: Magician Impossible had the magic touch last night, attracting 898,000 to its 730 timeslot.

It came third on the ladder overall to Nine’s news bulletin, which attracted 1,016,000, and Seven News,  which brought in 982,000.

ABC’s 7pm news came in fourth with 861,000, followed by Nine’s A Current Affair on 854,000.

It was a good night for ABC and Seven, who rounded out the rest of the top ten with QI, ABC News update and 730 scoring over 700,000 for the public broadcaster, and Better Homes and Gardens and Today Tonight achieving similar results for Seven.

Nine’s Howzat: Kerry Packer’s War failed to make it into the top 20 with its encore screening, according to the OzTam preliminary ratings report.
