Australia’s recent terrible record in Print at Cannes has continued with just eight nominations for four agencies making the cut this year.
Last year saw just four agencies pick up nominations but walk away with four gongs in the categor, with only DDB Sydnay a repeat finalist.
Once again Dumb Ways to Die leads the way with three nods for McCann Melbourne, alongside Saatchi & Saatchi Sydney with three for their Lexus campaign, and two for DDB Sydney’s Volkswagen Aftersales spots.
The winners of this category will not be unveiled until Wednesday evening Australian time.
