The speaker list at this year’s Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity boasts some of the biggest names in the industry, such as Sheryl Sandberg, chief operation officer at Facebook and Marissa Mayer, CEO of Yahoo!.

A number of Aussie speakers will also grace the stage such as CEO and co-founder of The Monkeys Mark Green and creative Adam Ferrier, founder of cummins&partners.

It’s not just big names in the media industry that are taking to the stage, celebrities such as Sarah Jessica Parker, Ralph Fiennes and David Hasslehoff will all lend their thoughts towards the crowd.

A new addition to the program for 2014 will be ‘Insights with the jury’ which will give a few lucky delegates the chance to chat with the jury about the entries, why they came to the decision and which entries stood out and why.

“Cannes Lions exists to inspire its delegates,” Philip Thomas, CEO of Lions Festivals, said.

“The creative legends dominating the Festival program are joined by others from outside our industry, from Hollywood stars to pilots and scientists, movie directors, authors and thinkers. It promises to be thought-provoking all week long.”

The 61st Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity is set to be held in Cannes, France, from 15-21 June 2014.
