Media mogul James Packer (pictured) and CEO of Nine Entertainment Co. David Gyngell were reportedly involved in a punch up this past weekend in Bondi, with the alleged images of the brawl creating a bidding war.
According to The Sydney Morning Herald, the images were taken outside Packer’s home in Bondi as the pair allegedly had to be pulled apart by Packer’s bodyguards.
However no picture evidence has yet been produced with a bidding war of the set of 50 images reportedly underway.
Reports can also be found in the Australian Financial Review and The Australian.
A statement from David Gyngell and James Packer from Nine's publicity reads: "We have been friends for 35 years and still are. In that time we have had our fair share of ups and downs.
"We respect each other and neither of us will be commenting further."
Last year Nine secured the rights to broadcast the one-day international cricket in Australia after negotiations with Ten.
