Creative agency BMF has been appointed by the National Centre of Excellence to Reduce Violence Against Women and their Children (NCE) to create a name and brand identity for the centre.
The win comes after a competitive pitch for the centre.
The creative team will be led by managing partner, Stephen McArdle and includes Thomasine Burnap, strategic planner, Lincoln Grice, art director and Sid De, account manager.
They will report to Helen Freeland, NCE Interim CEO, and Mayet Costello, research manager.
“NCE have a big and important social cause to champion and we’re delighted they’ve chosen us to create their brand for them,” BMF’s McArdle said.
NCE’s Freeland added: “The NCE is pleased to be working with the BMF team to choose a name and brand design that will resonate strongly with our stakeholders across Australia.”
The NCE is a not-for-profit non-governmental organisation funded by the Commonwealth and every Australian State and Territory Government.
The NCE undertakes research in order to provide further evidence to help policy makers and those delivering services to reduce all forms of violence against women and their children.
