BMF has taken a slice of one of the biggest property developments in Sydney after being hired to lead digital and content duties for Central Park, the $2 billion urban village under construction just outside the city’s CBD.
It sees the agency extended its relationship with Frasers Property and Sekisui House, joint venture developers of the massive development.
The win follows a three way tender process and means BMF is now responsible for the above-the-line launch of the retail precinct as well as the digital tools and content strategy for both retail and residential offerings at the precinct.
“With the pending launch of Central, leasing underway for the commercial campus and a diverse residential offering, we’ve reached a turning point in the digital marketing needs for Central Park. BMF’s ability to delivery strategy, digital and content in-house, seamlessly integrated, was a decisive advantage,” said Lisa McCutchion, Frasers’ group marketing manager.
Central Park, which is scheduled to open in spring, is being built on the site of the old Carlton and United Brewery.
Central is scheduled to open in Spring. Over 1000 apartments have been sold to date, which will be delivered in stages between this year and 2019.
