Webling makes four hires

Independent digital agency Webling Interactive has boosted its ranks with four new hires.

Three of the new hires are former staff of STW creative agency Moon, including Phil Herborn, James Canavan and Leonie Wilson.

Herborn, former head of digital at Moon, joins Webling as strategy director. Canavan is now working with Webling in an consulting capacity with the aim to “improve operations and efficiency”.

He was previously operations director at Moon.

Moon’s former executive producer, Wilson is now Webling’s senior producer.

The fourth hire is Wunderman’s Sharni Allen, who joins as digital solutions architect.

Deniz Nalbantoglu (pictured), managing director of Webling, said: “An agency's only real asset is its people, and we are committed to bringing the best into Webling and keeping them here. Our business has been on an exponential growth path while expanding to other markets, meaning we have to ensure we have the depth and breadth to serve our accounts at the highest level. We will continue to seek and target the best of the best out there to do so.”
