Digital Chameleon grows up and out

Digital media training company Digital Chameleon is expanding and moving, with new appointments, new business, and a new office.

The company has appointed several new team members from top down, starting with two new non-executive directors.

Digital Chameleon appointed Richard Halmarick and Jeff Ewing to provide combined expertise, consultation and guidance to the company.

Halmarick is currently the director of media advisory and coaching company Kinesis Media, and was formerly the CEO of Aegis Media operations in South Asia. Digital Chameleon’s managing director, Patty Keegan said Halmarick is entrepreneurial with a change management capability that has enabled companies to maximise their positions in their market. 

“He’s passionate about all aspects of the media industry and in particularly the need to equip marketers, agencies, and the media with greater knowledge on the use, application and effect of Digital within the communication mix.”

Ewing’s career has spanned 30 years’ in finance and operations for the advertising and media sectors, and his experience with multinational and independent companies, Patty Keegan says, will be used to grow the business.

The pair worked together under Aegis Media for nine years before Ewing joined GroupM as CEO.

Digital Chameleon has also appointed Carole Issa to the team, brining 10 years’ training experience from cofounding MEAS as the first avid learning partner training centre in Middle East and North Africa. And a new administrative assistant, Adam De Gruyter, has come on board to support the growing team.

The new additions follow Open Universities Australia’s Open2Study joining the client list, along with Suncorp, Fairfax and Bauer Media, and to house all the new talent, the team has moved to new offices in Sydney’s Warriewood Business Park.
