Connecting bloggers and brands

Connecting bloggers and brands

A blogger directory to connect blog writers to brands has been launched.

Based in Melbourne, Blogger Connect is a free resource for brands and PR agencies.

Gaynor Alder, PR and relationships manager at Blogger Connect, said: “We understand this is a rapidly evolving and dynamic digital landscape brands and blogs are navigating. A digital world that has ever changing rules of engagement, which often raises more questions than answers as brands and bloggers try to keep up with each other.”

Blogger Connect was created by Tim Martin (pictured), who also runs social media training company NET:101 and is the founder of two other online exchanges – the Wine and Food Hub and The Transfer Station.

The site provides a platform for connection, as well as providing information on opportunities in the blogging space. It showcases information brands need to establish the credibility of blogs for advertising opportunities.
