Don’t understand the difference between ‘ghosting’ & ‘kaspering’? Wanna know more about bread-crumbing, orbiting + gatsbying?

Pedestrian.TV has launched new podcast series Waiting for A D8, covering all your burning questions on what to do before, during and after swiping right in the always-daunting hunt for L-O-V-E.

An extension of Pedestrian.TV’s dating vertical, the podcast – hosted by PTV’s own digital producer & presenter Lucinda Price – is the second instalment of Pedestrian’s Podcast Network.

B&T has also entered into the world of podcasts, check out our series here.

The series explores all things dating, from pre-game rituals to first date horror stories and dodging that awkward hug-shake at the end of the night.

It’s OK, we’ve all been there.

You can also expect to hear some familiar voices, with the series featuring some of Australia’s most loved (or hated) singles, serial daters and loved-up couples.

In episode 1, Pedestrian.TV speaks to magician, musician and Bachelorette / Bachelor In Paradise beefcake Apollo Jackson about his dating debacles + DM sliding, as well as ‘Call On Me’ songstress Starley on dropping the dating BS and keeping the heat in a long-distance relationship.

Waiting for a D8 will also feature a bunch of Pedestrian.TV’s own staff for a voyeuristic glimpse into the hookups & breakups of the team behind Australia’s spiciest content.

Expect to laugh out loud, and have your heart ripped in half at the same time.

Pedestrian.TV head of editorial Josie Rozenberg-Clarke said, “Young Aussies are thirsty for this kind of content, with P.TV’s hot takes and op-eds around dating and relationships gaining serious traction with our audience.

“Taking the banter into the podcast studio was a natural next step, as is pairing with Tinder, which is where the DM-sliding magic happens for so many of our readers.”

The Waiting for A D8 podcast series is co-presented by Tinder and is part of a broader campaign with Pedestrian.TV, including an editorial series, video and social content which is hosted across the sites news and dating verticals.

Waiting for a D8 is available now to stream direct from Pedestrian.TV and iTunes.
