Burger King Claims Its Hideous-Looking Halloween Burger Will Give Diners Nightmares

Typically, eating a Whopper burger gives you heightened cholesterol and a bad dose of indigestion, but Burger King’s latest creation is set to give diners nightmares – quite literally.

The new Halloween burger to be released in the US is nightmarish enough, with a green bun, bacon and and what appears to be deep-fried chicken patty.

But in a promo for the burger, Burger King claims eating the burger will increase the chances of having a nightmare by three-and-a-half times.

Burger King has partnered with Paramount Trials and Florida Sleep And Neuro Diagnostic Services to conduct a study over 10 nights with 100 participants.

Doctors then tracked the subjects’ heart rate, brain activity and breathing to determine whether they were having bad dreams as a result of eating the ghoulish looking creation.

So did it work? Well, according to the promo video below one subject described a nightmare that involved aliens attacking a boat, while another recalled someone transforming “into the figure of a snake.” Check out the lunacy below:
