Brazilian creative, Lucas Jatoba, has joined Euro RSCG Sydney. Jatoba has freelanced at Leo Burnett, Droga5 and Ogilvy where he was one of the creatives responsible for the 'Share a Coke' summer campaign for Coca Cola. He was also named South American Creative of the Year by SoyDG Magazine for two personal creative projects called 'Adéu, Barcelona' and '30 gifts to 30 strangers'.
Aegis Group has acquired US digital agency Roundarch for an initial consideration of US $125m.
Roundarch specialises in designing and building enterprise-class digital solutions for clients such as Avis, HBO, Bloomberg Sports, Motorola and the US Air Force. The acquisition of Roundarch is in line with Aegis Group’s strategy to target acquisitions with a specific focus on digital
businesses, North America and faster-growing regions. With offices in Chicago, Denver, Boston and New York Roundarch employs 250 staff and its service offerings include strategy, design, development and outsourcing across all digital channels, including web, mobile and social media.

Sydney based creative agency Frost has been appointed to rebrand not-for-profit organisation, Copyright Agency. The creative brief comes off the back of a new business arrangement which will see Copyright Agency manage some services for another copyright management organisation, Viscopy, and is a key part of increasing awareness about the value of creative content to both creators and users. Frost has been charged with reflecting the increasing role the organisation is playing in managing copyright for digital content creators. The rebrand is scheduled to be unveiled in May.

BlueArc worked closely with the Simmons & Simmons team in London to deliver the next phase of the free online service targeted to both clients and contacts of the firm. The new site provides a broad range of free legal information including articles, legal updates and specialised micro site resources. The site offers a choice of eight languages, is mobile compatible and also has video streaming.
GPY&R has scooped creative work on the latest Heinz Soup and Beanz campaigns after a competitive pitch. "We selected GPY&R Melbourne to work on these campaigns as they are the best fit for our requirements," Heinz said. GPY&R will be tasked with developing equity building for the Heinz Beanz communication campaign and an integrated communication campaign for 2012 ‘Soup season’. Since July last year Grey Melbourne has been working with Heinz’ Greenseas brand and all their beverage brands which include Golden Circle and LOL.
Out of home media operator Eye has boosted its sales team with two new hires.The team now includes Belinda Harper as national sales and operations manager and Peter Whitehead as Victorian sales director.Harper joins Eye after a six year stint with APN in Sydney where she acted as group sales manager and national transit manager.Whitehead joins Eye from Southern Cross Austereo where he was the Victorian sales director.
