Text Pacific, the custom publishing arm of Pacific Magazines, has launched a luxury magazine division that will specifically target older and wealthier readers.
The new division, Premium, has been set up to reach a “highly desirable” audience of 35 to 49-year-olds earning more than $150,000, with a stable of titles covering luxury travel, motoring, architecture, and leisure and lifestyle.
Premium travel title A&K, produced for travel company Abercrombie & Kent, Star City Casino’s Casino magazine, quarterly motoring title Lexus, and architecture and design magazine Monument, are among the mastheads in the Premium portfolio.
The division, which includes six premium titles, has a combined circulation of over 180,000 and has a majority male readership.
Georgina Brujic, managing director of Text Pacific, said the Premium division offers an “attractive” and “stable” advertising proposition.
“Premium has been established in response to our advertising clients’ needs – who increasingly see the high-end sector as a stable solution more resilient to the challenges of the current economic climate.
“Premium’s boutique and dedicated team is available to personally consult and deliver powerful results through a tailored advertising strategy.”
A launch event will be held on July 8 at The Residence in Sydney.
