 DIGITAL AGENCIES
Clear Light Digital goes Full Circle

Online sales company, Full Circle Digital (FCD), has opened its doors in Sydney and Melbourne and announced a strategic partnership with Clear Light Digital.

The deal will see Clear Light Digital, a digital marketing and advertising technology company, taking an undisclosed equity stake in FCD.

“We see our partnership with FCD helping to unlock the value of the online market for publishers Australia wide,” said Cliff Rosenberg, Clear Light Digital’s managing director.

“Publishers want sophisticated advertising packages that offer exciting opportunities for advertisers and maximise ad dollars, not simple run of site banners. Our partnership with FCD answers this call, bringing together best of breed advertising products and technologies with experienced, well-connected sales representation. We expect the publisher market to react very positively to today’s announcement.”

According to Paul Waldren, one of the three founders of FCD, until recently digital communication channels have been treated as a specialised media and have predominantly been traded within the confines of digital media specialists.

“Full Circle Digital’s brief is to change this. We believe it’s time all digital channels were embraced by the broadest possible market, a view shared by most major media agencies. To that end we have established a dedicated online media sales team that will be managed by executives with extensive experience, contacts and relationships with Australia’s largest advertisers and media agents and we believe we will are well placed to help publishers maximise their revenues both online and via more traditional channels,” said Waldren.

FCD has also taken over sales representation of Clear Light Digital’s existing ad network, the Clear Light Network. Clear Light Digital will provide advertising operations and ad serving across all the sites in FCD’s sales network.
