 AGENCY WRAP UP
Linc scores $5m Simonds Homes account
Tara Hayes

Linc Integrated Marketing & Communication has secured the $5m a year creative account for Simonds Homes, one of Victoria’s largest and most awarded home building companies.

Linc won the account in a competitive pitch that included incumbent Visual Jazz.

This is the first time Linc and Simonds Homes have worked together with a new ad campaign expected to launch in the next few months.

Linc managing director, John Carlson, credited the agency’s Melbourne office for the success and said the win was a tangible demonstration of the “power of integration”.

“Simonds Homes was impressed by our capacity to service their advertising, marketing, CRM, media buying, public relations, creative design and online requirements consistently and cost effectively,” Carlson added.

Linc will work with Simonds Homes to develop a 12 – 24 month integrated media strategy that will incorporate traditional media, online, PR and the installation of a CRM system.

Linc already services a number of property industry clients including Cedar Woods, Dibstone, Australand, Pindan Construction, Peet & Co., Multiplex Living and JWH Group.
