The website, designed to bring attention to climate change in New Zealand features a virtual forest community with individually sponsored trees. The sponsored trees grew as results of New Zealanders making pledges promising to make small changes in their lifestyle, changes designed to help the environment.

mcm media has launched its Digital Entertainment Network (DEN). The DEN is a music audio and video player that is distributed across entertainment sites, offering consumers free to stream music audio and video on demand. Key distribution partners include News.com.au, The Daily Telegraph, APN’s regional sites and Yahoo!7 Music. mcm media’s own Take 40, The Hot Hits and movideo will also form part of the DEN.

In yesterday’s B&T Today in the story “MCN signs new sponsors for Project Runway” it was written that sponsors Tresemme and Hutchison had “resigned as sponsors”. To clarify, Tresemme and Hutchison had re-signed as sponsors, therefore signing on to sponsor the show for another series.
