Think HQ Appoints Creative & Interactive Director, Plus Two Designers

Melbourne-based full-service communications agency Think HQ has announced it has appointed Andy Lima as its creative and interactive director.

Lima (pictured above, centre) brings over 15 years’ global experience as a creative producer and strategist, having served Fortune 500 brands such as IBM, Novartis, Nestlé and Caterpillar.

He was also the co-founder and creative director of Brazilian creative agency S2. In Perth, Lima founded Guerilla Construction, and later was the creative lead and a user experience Designer at Inkubator.

His new role overseas all design, branding and digital projects at Think HQ.

“Think HQ’s fine reputation in the social change sector and its strong vision of delivering projects that matter were the major drawcards that led me to join the team,” Lima said.

“We are now increasing our portfolio of digital and creative offerings.”

Motion designer Jake Lambden (pictured above, left) and information designer Medina Krluch (pictured above, right) have also recently been recruited to Think HQ’s creative and interactive team.

Lambden has worked in-house at JB Hi-Fi, Crown and the Melbourne Cricket Club on projects including 2D/3D animation, video post-production, interactive and game development.

Krluch has over six years’ experience in-house and freelancing across Canada and Australia in illustration, motion and graphic design, UI/UX, typography and branding.

Think HQ founder and Director Jen Sharpe welcomed the newest members to what is now a team of 18 at the agency.

“We continue to attract clients who require communications solutions for complex social issues. Our ability to provide genuinely clever and creative integrated solutions to clients is reaffirmed in these three new talent acquisitions.”
