Campaign: Real Is Perfect in That’s Life!

Real life magazine That’s Life! has unveiled a new campaign, Realvolution, an editorial initiative that encourages women to change the conversation about their bodies to celebrating all the positive things in their lives.

Inspiring international plus-size model, Fiona Falkiner, will be the face of this campaign. She is joining a group of Australian women who will be sharing their own positive and uplifting stories.

The four-week campaign featuring the tagline ‘Real is Perfect’ will launch on Thursday 16th October and will be supported by an extensive above and below the line campaign across TV, online, social media and print.

Linda Smith, editor, that’s life! comments: “A recent that’s life! study found that nine in ten Australian women have negative thoughts about their appearance. One in three admitted having these thoughts at least once a day. It’s this mindset that needs to shift.

“As the country’s leading real-life magazine, the that’s life! Realvolution campaign is aimed at driving women to change the conversation by sharing what they’re really great at – and not talking about what they don’t like about themselves!”

that’s life! Realvolution ambassador, Fiona Falkiner, added: ‘I’m proud to be joining the that’s life! Realvolution.

“Women are more than just a number on the scales and this campaign is an important step in moving Australia’s conversation on from body image.”
