Ten To Rebrand Channels Eleven & ONE To ‘Ten Boss’ & ‘10 Peach’

One of the cats is out of Network Ten’s upfronts bag, with the rebrand specifics for its two second-string channels having now been found out.

A number of media reports have surfaced over the last month about Ten giving new names for Eleven and ONE, and according to the IP Australia website, those reports are bang on.

Ten lodged one trademark application for the name ‘Ten Boss’ on 11 July, which was approved by the government on 12 September.

The CBS-owned TV network lodged another trademark application on 11 September for the name ‘10 Peach’, which is still under examination.

B&T contacted Ten for comment this morning on the latest revelations, but the network has remained coy on revealing any news before its upfronts on 31 October.

A Ten spokesperson told B&T earlier this month: “We can’t wait to share all the exciting initiatives we have coming up at our upfronts.”

It’s also been reported that Ten is set to unveil a new-look corporate logo at its upfronts.
