Inked up, tech-loving comrades, you may have a hard time finding your heartbeat if you’ve strapped on one of Apple’s new fancy Apple Watches.

Reports have started surfacing that those with the dark hues injected into their skins have trouble registering a heartbeat on the device.

According to Time Magazine, this issue could be due to an interference the ink causes with the LED lights the Apple Watch uses to detect blood flow beneath the skin.

The possible interference was picked up by a Reddit user.

The hashtag #TattooGate has already started to make the rounds on Twitter.

And someone has created a clip of the Tattoo gate too.
