Smoothfm and Sony Music Entertainment Australia have announced the release of their latest compilation album smoothfm presents Music for Mum 2017.

Just in time for Mother’s Day, the album features some of smoothfm’s biggest and most popular songs, specially compiled and dedicated to the Mums of Australia, making it the perfect gift.

The double disc pack consists of iconic songs including Sister Sledge’s We Are Family, The Beach Boys’ God Only Knows, Abba’s Take A Chance On Me (Live) and the Bangles’ Manic Monday.

Georgie Page, smoothfm’s Program Director said, “For the fourth consecutive year, we are delighted to create another special soundtrack to celebrate the important women in our listener’s lives – their mums. We are committed to creating an easy place for our listeners to relax and to allow them to enjoy some of the greatest artists and best songs that have ever been released.”

This release marks the 13th partnership between smoothfm and Sony Music with previous collaborations including smoothfm presents Feel Good Music, smoothfm Music for Mum – Volumes 1, 2 & 3, smoothfm Christmas 2014 & 2015, smoothfm All Time Top 50 Volume 1, 2 & 3, smooth Classics, smoothfm Presents Mellow Music and smoothfm Countdown Favourites.

smoothfm presents Music for Mum 2017 is available now in all major music and department stores including JB Hi fi, Sanity, Kmart, Target and Big W and can be download on iTunes and Google Play.
