People-based marketing company Signal has appointed Michael Twomey as the head of its brand spanking new independent advertising solution.

Twomey comes from Coles, where he spent four years developing the supermarket giant’s programmatic capabilities.

The new solution allows advertisers to tailor more relevant advertising to customers. The solution extends the one-to-one marketing of email to wider media channels.
