SHOVE Communications To Handle Media Buying Duties For Rover Mowers

Recent start-up SHOVE Communications has announced it has been appointed as the agency of record for media buying duties for Rover Mowers.

Rover’s parent company, MTD Products, has been established in Australia since 1990 and has grown to be a leading marketer and supplier of quality lawn and garden outdoor power equipment.

Richard White, Asia-Pacific marketing director at MTD Products, said: “SHOVE have shown a strong endeavour to meet our needs as a client, whilst developing a fresh way of thinking, leading to a more diversified media footprint”.

SHOVE founder Trent Collett said Rover Mowers was a great addition to the agency, “adding to other iconic Australian brands in our stable such as Penrite Oil and STA Travel, whom complement our well-known property clients in Neometro and MAB Corporation, of which the latter are our foundation client”.

“My father had a Rover growing up. There’s a great feeling of nostalgia to be working with such an iconic Australian brand in Rover,” he said.
