Robb Report Australia Launches Culinary Masters Series

Luxury publication Robb Report Australia has launched its very own Culinary Masters series headlined by chefs Neil Perry (pictured above), Peter Gilmore, Andrew McConnell, Philip Johnson and Duncan Welgemoed.

The series will give readers the opportunity to connect directly with the most celebrated names in the gastronomic world, as well as the next generation of talent.

A roster of five chefs joins this year’s program of events in five states: Analiese Gregory, head chef at Franklin (Tasmania); Tim Goegan, head chef at Supernormal Canteen (Victoria); Simon Palmer, head chef at E’cco Bistro (Queensland); Imogen Czulowski, head chef at Africola (South Australia); and Sarah Knights, head chef at Automata (NSW).

Each chef, under the guidance of the culinary visionaries, will create a multi-course repast for 30 guests sure to satiate both the palate and the senses.

“The US Culinary Masters series has been a pivotal way to recognise and celebrate the world’s most talented chefs, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to bring this program to Australia,” Michael Stahl, editor-in-chief of Robb Report Australia, said.

Robb Report Australia will be donating a portion of ticket sales to OzHarvest and have ensured all left-over food from the Culinary Masters events is rescued by OzHarvest in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Adelaide.
