Rabbitohs pick WeAreDigital for new site

WeAreDigital has landed the website design account for the South Sydney Rabbitohs NRL team after a competitive pitch.

The agency has created a platform to drive online membership renewals and sales, and engage with the fervent Rabbitohs fanbase, the second largest in the league.

Last month Unit creative director Paul Everest created a storm when he said the famous bunny logo was to do with the recent lack of on-pitch success for the team.

The new site has been designed to ensure an easier transition between finding and selecting memberships and the transaction area.

Sarah Brady, Rabbitohs membership manager said:  "WeAreDigital's experience in creating engaging user experiences combined with their eCommerce track record made them the perfect choice as a partner for the Rabbitohs.

“Already our membership levels are the highest they have ever been at this time of year with a large majority coming through our membership website"

Karson Stimson, director of WeAreDigital added: "We are delighted to be working with the Rabbitohs on their membership drive and we hope their online success translates to further on field success in 2013."
