QMS Media through its recently acquired subsidiary Out & About Media & Marketing (OAMM), has today announced a strategic 5-year deal with Netball Australia as its in-stadium digital signage partner.

This deal provides QMS with exclusive rights to all in-stadium media activity for the Suncorp Super Netball series. The series includes 57 home and away games plus 4 finals, with 28 of these games to be televised live in primetime on the Nine Network. In addition, all games will be streamed live via Netball Live through an agreement with Telstra.

QMS are fully committed to driving the ongoing success of the sport with Netball Australia over the next 5 years and beyond. Netball has never been in a better position and highlights the significant power in which this elite format holds as a key sporting asset.

Netball Australia’s acting chief executive, Marne Fechner said “We are delighted to welcome QMS to the netball family. It is an exciting time for the sport and QMS’ commitment is another important milestone in the continued progression of netball as Australia’s premier women’s sport.”

Edward Abbott, CEO, director out and about marketing and media said “No other cultural past time connects with Australian women and girls like netball and the passion of its followers from grassroots to elite level is unique in sport and society. The national reach and alignment of netball with females obviously has great benefits to brand partners and we look forward to introducing netball to our portfolio of sports media assets”.

The Netball Australia partnership further cements QMS’ position as a leader in digital sports media solutions, along with its existing contracts for in-stadium media and sponsorship opportunities throughout Australia and New Zealand. QMS Sport allows advertisers access to millions of engaged attendees by reaching both broadcast and digital sports viewers through multi-channel engagement with targeted and customised content.
