Porter Novelli Melbourne been awarded the Employer of Choice at this year’s Australian Business Awards.

Employer of Choice identifies organisations which have developed leading workplaces that maximise the full potential of employees through practices demonstrating effective recruitment, engagement and retention.

“This is important recognition for our business,” said Porter Novelli chief executive, Peter Kent.

“Our leadership model is to find, support and develop the right people who thrive on teamwork; are passionate and opinionated advocates for our clients; and want to share the rewards of experimentation and innovation.”

Australian Business Awards Program Director, Ms Tara Johnston says there is a close relationship between innovation and employee engagement.
