Nova’s 106.9 morning announcer Katie Mattin is looking forward to a whole new way of starting her day with the announcement that Nova 106.9 will play 20 hits straight at the start of her shift.

Nova 106.9 has officially declared that “Music will take over Nova” each work day from 9.00 AM, playing 20 back-to-back hits, giving Nova listeners, and Katie Mattin, the perfect start to their work day.

Nova 106.9 music director, Kate Casey said giving listeners 20 songs straight to listen to at the start of their day would set them up for success.

“Now that Nova is playing 20 songs straight at the start of each work day, our listeners will be set up for a great day,” said Casey. “Music makes everything better, now if I could just find someone to bring me back-to-back coffees.”
