Nick Maclay Appointed Managing Director Targetbase Integrated

Melbourne-based marketing communications agency, Targetbase Intergrated has announced Nick Maclay as its new managing director.

Maclay has picked up the reins from Tania Pougher, with whom he co-founded Targetbase Integrated in 1999, following her untimely passing in June 2015.

Maclay brings over 30 years of experience to the role, having previously been a director of Simon Richards Group (SRD), RGS Communications and Mailcare Systems. He pioneered developments in customer profiling and dynamic customer segmentation, and was the brains behind the Value Indexing (dynamic customer segmentation) model and has been the lead on channel incentive programs including the IBM Infinite Rewards Program, Lenovo Partner Advantage Program and the Honeywell Incentive Program.

Maclay continues to provide strong leadership and vision for Targetbase Integrated, further developing the company’s offering in B2B customer acquisition, development, retention and win-back strategies through data driven marketing and smart digital solutions.
