New Programs And New Hosts Join Sky News

Sky News today announced several programming additions to its high-rating weekday evening line-up including the launch of two new national affairs programs.

From Monday 15 October, The Daily Telegraph’s award-winning national political editor, Sharri Markson, will anchor Sharri each Monday at 8pm for her view on the week’s political highs and lows.

Also announced today, Sky News political contributors Stephen Conroy and Michael Kroger (pictured above) will team-up to anchor Conroy & Kroger on Thursdays at 8:00 pm, commencing 18 October.

Conroy and Kroger will go head-to-head each week as the political insiders offer their take on the world of politics, with no topic off limits.

From Monday 15 October, Outsiders hosted by Ross Cameron and Rowan Dean will air at the new late-night timeslot of Monday to Thursday at 11pm, as the team delivers their no-holds-barred observations on news, politics and everything in between.

Heads Up will continue to feature on Sky News seven days a week providing a look at the next day’s big stories in Australia’s newspapers. Each Monday to Thursday, it will be a new segment in PML Overtime at 10:45pm. Friday to Sunday, it will continue as a stand-alone show hosted by Peter Gleeson at 11pm.

A leading voice on Sky News, Janine Perrett will continue to contribute her insights and analysis to programs across the channel including as a regular panellist on The Last Word and Paul Murray LIVE.

Outsiders will continue to air on Sundays at 9am.
