Neon Black Adds Two Globally Renowned Brands To Portfolio

Communications agency Neon Black has welcomed two new globally recognised brands to their portfolio of clients: German compression company Bauerfeind, and French skincare brand Caudalie.

Following a competitive pitch process, Neon Black has been appointed to work with Bauerfeind – the world’s leading compression company – to develop a PR and communications campaign to introduce the Bauerfeind brand and products to the Australian market, educate the public on compression and officially launch its new sports line.

Bauerfeind products are available in more than 35 countries worldwide, and are worn by a range of elite athletes including Conor McGregor and the NBA’s Dirk Nowitzki.

It is the official knee support for the NBA and was worn by more than 700 Olympians participating in the Rio De Janeiro Games (2016).

Bauerfeind Australia marketing manager Adrian Abrate said: “After meeting with a number of agencies, we selected Neon Black due to their experience, knowledge and expertise in the Australian market, coupled with their fresh and creative ideas.

“Their energy and results-driven attitude have made them our agency of choice for this milestone activity for Bauerfeind in Australia.

“We are looking forward to forging a strong relationship that will build heightened awareness of Bauerfeind in a market that has, until now, only been B2B”.

Neon Black is also the first agency to work with Caudalie in Australia, commencing with an influencer project to launch its new VinoPure line of skincare.

Caudalie is stocked exclusively in Sephora Australia and has a strong cult-following including by celebrities such as Beyonce.

Caudalie SE Asia regional sales & education manager Erika Saenz said: “There’s no doubt Neon Black have a deep understanding of the Australian beauty market, and we are looking forward to working with them on what I am certain will be a successful launch of our VinoPure products in Australia”.

Neon Black director and co-founder Soraya Calavassy commented: “It’s an absolute privilege for Neon Black to be working with two globally renowned brands such as Bauerfeind and Caudalie.

“We see this as an exciting opportunity to take two unique and well-established brands with a rich history and heritage, and further build and grow their presence in the Australian market”.

Bauerfeind and Caudalie join a stable of retainer and project clients, including Church & Dwight (Batiste, Nair, Viviscal and Curash), Foxtel, Natural Solar, TEG Live and Manettas Seafood.

Neon Black director and co-founder Finbar Corrall added: “It’s been a strong start to 2019 for Neon Black and we see this as a great opportunity to continue to build on our already impressive beauty and lifestyle portfolio, as well as continuing our work within the FMCG, B2B and renewable energy spaces”.
