Monday TV Wrap: Bad Mothers & MKR Get Springs In Their Steps

Yes, MAFS is so dominating the telly numbers that B&T has become a little bored reporting on them (another 1.407 million again last night according to overnight OzTAM numbers).

Meanwhile, Nine’s Bad Mothers had its best night since launch with 538,000 and even MKR enjoyed a lift, posting 831,000.

Nine won the night with 33.1 per cent audience share. Seven was second with 28.7 per cent, the ABC took third spot and 17.3 per cent, 10 had 15.2 per cent and SBS took home 5.8 per cent.

In the battle for breakfast, Sunrise put a neat 100K on Today, 283,000 to 183,000, respectively.

Seven’s 6pm news (1.029 million) beat Nine’s version (960,000), while ACA (924,000) was impressive.

Seven also had Home And Away (740,000), The Chase (577,000) and Mrs Brown’s Boys (404,000).

Over at 10, Dancing With The Stars reached a half-a-million high. It’s other standouts were The Project (485,000) and 10 News First (394,000).

The ABC’s night ran thus: 7pm news (756,000), 7.30 (621,000), Media Watch (565,000), Four Corners (544,000), Australian Story (542,000) and Q&A (392,000).

SBS’s best was a repeat of 24 Hours In Emergency with 159,000.
