No one likes to discover a cheating partner, so spare a thought for English chap Kirran Girling who discovered his girlfriend snogging another man in a TV  advertisement for a new dating show.

The offending ad was for English broadcaster E4’s new series of Celebs Go Dating which sees D-grade celebrities (see cast in main photo) go on dates with ordinary members of the public.

The celebrities on the show’s debut include such luminaries as reality TV star Gemma Collins, Olympic gold medalist Jade Jones and various people from the rather awful Made in Chelsea.

However, it was Mike Thalassitis (aka ‘Muggy Mike’) from the UK’s version of Love Island that caught Girling’s eye when he captured the Lothario snogging his girlfriend, Emma Pollard, during an ad for the dating show.

Girling tweeted a still from the ad with the caption: “You got something you want to tell me babe?”

The post went viral and has been retweeted 4,000 times and ‘liked’ by 12,000 users. However, as yet none of the players in this online ménage à trois have commented publicly.
