Lynx Partners With Men’s Health Mag

Male grooming brand Lynx has announced it will partner with Australian Men’s Health to help deliver the 2015 Men’s Health Man initiative.

Now in its sixth year, the Men’s Health Man campaign strives to unveil all- rounded Australian men who endeavour to be the best they can be in all aspects of life – work, style, love, mates, fitness and health. The Men’s Health Man is a model male, not a male model.

Lynx marketing director Jon McCarthy says “I don’t know any fit, stylish man that wouldn’t love the opportunity to be in the pages of Australian Men’s Health. This magazine is a leading source of health, style and grooming information for the Lynx man and we’re thrilled to be a part of the campaign.

“This event attracts a group of guys that are confident in their own personal style and Lynx is developing the tools to help guys get there.”

The overall winner’s prize package includes $10,000 cash, national acclaim as the 2015 Australian Men’s Health Man and the money-can’t-buy opportunity to feature on the cover of the May 2015 issue of Men’s Health.

The 2015 Men’s Health Man supporting partners include Seiko, Flush Fitness and H&M.

“The 2015 Men’s Health Man is the only opportunity for the everyday Aussie man to step forward and be publicly acknowledged for his commendable efforts in all aspects of life – and we’re thrilled to be partnering with Lynx on this exciting initiative,” said Bruce Ritchie, editor-in-chief, Australian Men’s Health.

Men’s Health Man entries are open until Sunday 7 December, 2014. To enter, readers are encouraged to complete the entry form published in Men’s Health’s November issue Further information is available here.

Once entries have closed, 12 hopefuls will be selected and flown to Sydney for a shoot with a renowned international photographer. Six semi-finalists will then be determined whereby a ‘voting’ element to the competition kicks off on 4 March, 2015. Returning for a second year, Men’s Health will also recognise six male celebrities who exemplify the brand values and ethos of Australian Men’s Health magazine. The celebrities, who will pose shirtless for Men’s Health, will call on their loyal fan base to get them over the line and be crowned the prestigious Men’s Health CELEBRITY Man of 2015.

The Men’s Health Man and Men’s Health Celebrity Man winners will be announced at a Sydney event in March 2015.
