Loud & Clear 31st on BRW Fast 100 list

digital agency Loud & Clear has come in at 31 on the BRW Fast 100 list which ranks Australia’s fastest growing, public and private, small and medium businesses.

The calibre of the 2014 BRW Fast 100 is of a high stantard as businesses and entrepreneurs from all of Australia’s major sectors presented business practices required to deliver growth in Australia’s current economic environment.

Loud & Clear is an independent digital agency working with some of Australia’s best known brands and most  start-ups. Managing director, Cade Witnish said: “Loud & Clear was founded in the peak of the GFC, and we’re pleased with how much we’ve achieved in just five years. As an independent agency with zero debt and a fantastic group of people, we’re excited about the opportunities the next five years present.”

Witnish credits the company’s success to two key things: a great team, and a relentless fascination with innovation. The biggest shift for the agency in the past 12 months has been discovering that corporate clients don’t just want innovative solutions — they want to be taught how to innovate.

“Our Corporate Innovation Incubator partners our UX, design and development teams with ‘intra-preneurs’ inside companies, aiming to help corporate clients develop products with the same sort of growth trajectory that Loud&Clear has experienced,” Witnish added.

Witnish reflects that the four founders started out with the ambition of being Australia’s leading digital agency within 10 years, and at the halfway point of the journey making the elite BRW Fast 100 list is evidence that the company is on the right track, and getting there quickly. He says: “I’m proud of what we’ve achieved, but I’m even prouder that we’ve done it with a team of great people, doing great work.”
