KIIS FM Dumps Four Radio Hosts Before Their Contracts Expire In Shock Move

After revealing last month that four of its hosts will not be returning to the airwaves next year, Australian Radio Network’s KIIS FM has gone one brutal step further.

The radio network announced in October that its drive team of Dave Hughes and Kate Langbroek (pictured above) were to be replaced by Southern Cross Austereo (SCA) duo Will McMahon and Woody Whitelaw. Hughes and Langbroek were subsequently snared by SCA’s Hit Network.

Furthermore, Kiwi duo Jason Hawkins and Polly Harding were announced as replacements for Melbourne’s KIIS 101.1 breakfast team Matt Tilley and Meshel Laurie.

The news comes after ARN announced it would not be renewing the contracts of GOLD 104.3’s current breakfast hosts, Jo Stanley and Anthony ‘Lehmo’ Lehmann, for 2018.
