Mediabrands’ Talent Team now numbers 10 people working in parallel teams. Kim Lion leads learning and development and Lisa Gray leads HR and recruitment. Both are members of the Mediabrands executive leadership team reporting to CEO Danny Bass.

Bass commented, “Driving our people programs which include initiatives in well-being, diversity and inclusion is simply the highest priority across the national business. We are making large time and financial investments in programs to ensure our people are well-placed and motivated in their work.”

In their new roles with Mediabrands Anderson will focus on human resources and people-care initiatives reporting to Lisa Gray (second in photo) and Randall will focus on recruitment programs reporting to associate director of talent acquisition Marco Villella (left in photo).

Gray commented, “We are focused on industry-best standards in both attracting and retaining the talent we need to be a highly successful business partner for clients.
