IPG Mediabrands Brings Lisa Gray Into Talent Team

IPG Mediabrands has appointed Lisa Gray as a senior member of its national Talent Team. She takes the title of talent director and joins Mediabrands reporting to chief talent officer Efi Richter.

Gray has more than 20 years experience at all levels of recruitment and people retention programs in the media industry. Prior to joining Mediabrands she was director of people and culture at Starcom Australia.

“Lisa’s qualifications and experience in attracting and developing talent are ideal for the programs we are running across Mediabrands nationally,” said Richter.

“We have close to 700 people in the group and Lisa will be key to the development and implementation of broader talent initiatives.”

The Mediabrands talent team works from offices in Melbourne and Sydney, also resourcing offices in Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide.

Lisa Gray said, “The Mediabrands talent programs are certainly a benchmark for the Australian media industry and I am very much looking forward to joining the team.”
