Havas Group Gets Together Under One Roof

Havas Group will expand its Havas Village office in Sydney with a move to a new customised space which will bring all of its Sydney agencies together, reinforcing the world-leading execution of Havas’ global ‘Together’ strategy.

The new office will be located in a 6000m2 heritage-listed building at 121 Harrington Street and will bring 450 staff from across all the Havas Group’s Sydney business units together for the first time in one location.

This includes Host/Havas, Red Agency, Havas Media, Havas Sports & Entertainment, Blvd, BD Network and One Green Bean which joins the Village from its current offices in Surry Hills.

The custom-created space, which will stretch over six floors, will be configured around collaboration and co-creation.

It will enhance the Group’s ability to facilitate solutions for new and existing clients who are looking for cross-functional teams operating across multiple communications disciplines, to work together.

The office will integrate cutting-edge design and state-of-the-art technology to strengthen the Group’s full-service offering.

The move to one of the largest single spaces for any marketing group in Australia will accelerate Havas’ mission to become Australia’s most agile and progressive communications group, supporting current and future growth opportunities.

Havas Group ANZ Chairman Anthony Freedman said: “Over the past two years, our Sydney Village has continued to evolve and we have built strong momentum through the consistent delivery of outstanding, award-winning work for our clients.

“The move enables the next phase of our global ‘Together’ strategy, facilitating greater collaboration and co-creation between our best-in-class agencies across the Group.”

“We are proud that the Sydney Village is the most integrated in the industry and look forward to continuing innovation around the ideology in Harrington Street.”

The Group expects to move to its new office by early 2019.
