Guests can now speed through event registration

Centryc, Sydney based Software as a service (SaaS) company have created two new pieces of software directly tailored towards events management and organisers.

ThruTheDoor acts as a quick registration and entrance tool for events with extension Activate using watermarked photos for brand extension.

“Turning marketing into a service has always been at the heart of all of all our activities. As enablers for anyone running events we believe great marketing is a by-product of great customer service,” Dave Aicken (pictured), CEO, said.

ThruTheDoor is Centryc’s way of getting your guests through registration at events quickly and efficiently.

Guests are able to register themselves prior to an event and can be processed in only a few seconds.

Once inside the event the technology can send customised communication to the guests based on what they’re doing, and if you include social media into the communication it can be shared across multiple platforms.

Activate is an extension of ThruTheDoor that combines registration with brand extension through the integration of watermarked photos, and across further platforms if integrated with social media.

“I am very confident in saying no one else in the world can do what we do as flexibly, fast or at the price point we do” Aicken adds.

“These products have endless capability and allow you to deliver unrivalled customer service on site as an extension of your broader marketing efforts.”
